- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1.1 In order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data. The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”).
1.2. The Buyer declares that they have been informed by the Contractor about the basic information on the protection of personal data of natural persons within the Seller’s activities.
1.3. Processing of personal data in the case of purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide to us. This mainly includes billing details: first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number, and optionally age. We process personal data in order to fulfil our contractual obligations – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, complaints, or your enquiries. Personal data will also be processed to fulfil our legal obligations, in particular for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and other legal requirements.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
- Processing is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
- For the duration of providing our service and subsequently for a maximum of 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
1.4. Processing of personal data in the case of newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you have not objected at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.
On what legal basis?
- This is permitted pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you did not object at the time of purchase.
How long will we process personal data?

1.5. Information on the use of cookies
In accordance with Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, we hereby inform you that our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files stored by a website on a visitor’s computer and provided to the internet browser each time the user returns to the website.

1.6. Purpose of using cookies

The e-shop www.nase-mleko.cz uses cookies to ensure basic website functionality, basic anonymous web analytics, better ad targeting corresponding to visitors’ interests, or attribution of rewards for customer referrals.

1.10. You have the right to object to the collection of cookies based on legitimate interest by emailing info@nase-mleko.cz. Your objection will be assessed without undue delay, no later than within 30 days. If you object to the processing of functional cookies necessary for website operation, full website functionality cannot be guaranteed. Consent to marketing cookies may be withdrawn at any time by changing browser settings.
1.11. Customer satisfaction is measured via email questionnaires under the “Verified by Customers” programme operated by Heureka.cz. Questionnaires are sent after each purchase unless you object pursuant to Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in assessing customer satisfaction. Personal data is processed in accordance with Section 1.1 of these terms. Purchased goods and email address may be provided to Heureka.cz solely for this purpose. You may object at any time via the link in the questionnaire email.
1.12. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or seek judicial protection.
